In this role, you'll join a team passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, combining cutting-edge technology with clinical expertise to drive better outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work under general direction, providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, focusing on CRM products.

  • You will serve as a clinical interface between the medical community and our business, building and sustaining credible relationships with customers and sharing product expertise accordingly.
  • Demonstrate your ability to provide expert support, leveraging your thorough command of CRM products, related product knowledge, trends, and players.
  • Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with CRM Sales Representatives, offering additional back-up support.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or equivalent healthcare experience required.
  • A minimum of 2 years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing industry.
  • Strong understanding of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems is necessary.
