Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Department.

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, assessing patient needs and adapting to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Assume leadership roles, such as Resource Nurse, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Qualifications
  • Current California RN license and graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Previous experience or training in a cardiovascular lab or critical care setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills, with ability to practice leadership, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
  • BCLS, ACLS, and Basic Dysrhythmia Certificate required upon hire and maintained current.
