Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Catch Steak. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and re-set tables with attention to detail according to restaurant standards
  • Properly stock all side stations to par, according to restaurant standards
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas, dining room floors, guest restrooms, and paths of service
  • Assist the dishwashers in maintaining order of plates and glassware in the dish room
  • Complete end of night closing side-work as per restaurant standards

Requirements:

  • Organized and proficient at multi-tasking
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance
  • Reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Open availability to work days, nights and weekends
