Job Description

The Clinical Scheduling Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of our clinical staff's schedules, ensuring they have an optimal workload. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in high-stress situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and scheduling new referrals and visits based on multiple factors including patient acuity, diagnosis, and skills required
  • Auditing and approving time and attendance on both the Scheduling and Time and Attendance Systems for direct patient care teams
  • Assisting Managers and Directors in biweekly scheduling, onboarding, and with day-to-day staff scheduling operations

This position plays a critical role in influencing the customer experience.
