About the Position:
This key role will oversee preconstruction tasks for projects across 5 states, including Colorado and Utah. The position will also assist construction teams in growing our subcontractor base and relationships, manage the administrative side of our historical cost tracking, and create conceptual budgets through GMP as design sets develop.
