About the Role
As a Director of Patient Care Services at Sentara, you will lead high-performing teams with accountability for operations, quality, customer service, and success of assigned departments and product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop, market, and strategically plan new and existing services across multiple hospitals.
- Contribute to department or product line successes through achievement of System, Hospital, and divisional goals.
- Set the vision and culture, build ownership, and drive process improvement for sustainable value-added services.
- Administer fiscal, corporate, and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's level degree and two years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
- Administrative Residency experience and internal interim leadership may also be considered.
