We offer a competitive salary range of up to $125,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the skills and qualifications required for this role. Key Responsibilities

As a clinical social worker at Thriveworks, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing evidence-based therapy to clients using telehealth platforms and face-to-face sessions
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress
  • Participating in regular supervision and consultation to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid license as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in California
  • Be able to commit to a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Be willing to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
