Key Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects of care.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized plans of care to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
