Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II - RN to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a Clinical Nurse II - RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding and promote collaboration.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
