Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-store and online consultations with clients to provide expert advice on kitchen design, color, and space.
  • Ensure that every client interaction is positive, engaging, and meets their needs.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email and online inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients to provide world-class customer service.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a pristine showroom condition.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant experience in design or sales.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to find connections between our products and clients' needs.
  • The physical ability to move large, bulky, and/or heavy merchandise and perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Mac, PC, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
