Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and definition of digital products, responsible for integrating human-centered practices in unpacking and improving the digital customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional mission-based teams to execute on digital product strategy.
  • Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions, ensuring digital customer touch points become and remain consistent with user experience and brand standards.
  • Work with usability researchers to design test plans and iterate designs throughout user testing.
  • Translate usability research findings into design improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
  • Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web, mobile, and touch devices.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to communicate design, defend design decisions, and respond quickly to business needs.
  • Proven ability to set the design direction for projects and collaborate with other designers.
