  • Coordinating the movements of switch and ramp crews to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth flow of the yard.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with open availability.
  • Proficiency in typing, mathematical knowledge, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills.
