Software Development Co-op Opportunity

We are seeking a talented software development co-op to join our team at LCS - London Computer Systems. As a co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of web applications, including GUI design.
  • Write efficient, clean, and well-commented code.
  • Analyze, design, test, and implement applications and databases.
  • Collaborate with other teams, developers, and senior management to build new software features and applications.
  • Work on User Interface, Application, and Database-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#.
  • Ability to develop modules independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate complex problems and arrive at a resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • SQL/database experience.
  • Excellent interface design skills.
  • Experience with web and/or desktop applications.
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with WPF.
  • Strong back-end development skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in simple language.
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
