  • Leadership Competencies: Proven leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fundraising Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, and resource development.
  • Community Engagement: Strong connections within the community and a willingness to leverage personal and professional networks for the organization’s benefit.
