Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our team at The 20. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading corporate-level IT projects and providing guidance to our Tier 1-2 helpdesk staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute senior-level IT projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide expert guidance to junior team members, handle escalations, and create Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.
  • Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
  • Monitor and manage ticket flow, ensuring efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell management scripts to streamline IT processes.
  • Assist with migrations to Office 365 and Azure, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Manage network monitoring systems, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the business.
  • Contribute to design proposals, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, with a strong background in Azure and Office 365.
  • Deep understanding of networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with SonicWALL management and configuration, as well as organized and strong follow-through.
  • US work authorization and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Cyber Security, past MSP experience, and knowledge of automation and continuous integration.
  • Mobile Device Management Intune, Office 365 Security and Compliance management, and experience with Data Backups, Archive, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Experience with RMM tools, PowerShell scripting for Windows, O365, and Azure management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
