Job Overview

The StyleCraft Homes team is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Office Coordinator to join our dynamic office environment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining a well-organized office space, and ensuring seamless communication across all operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office organization, including filing systems, inventory of supplies, and overall office appearance.
  • Organize and maintain corporate records, contracts, server files, and backups.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries professionally.
  • Arrange catering for internal meetings and events.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff members.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to company-wide policies and procedures within the office.
  • Maintain order in public and shared office spaces, organizes staff cleanups where appropriate.
  • Manage schedules for conference and community spaces.
  • Organizes and manages building and office maintenance.
  • Provide for maintenance of office machines (e.g., printer, copier, fax, phone system) as needed, connecting with and directing vendors.
  • Handles unexpected problems with building and systems, including response to alarms.
  • Responsible for tech support in office and with programs/events.

Qualifications:
  • Discrete and professional in all interactions.
  • Must be well-organized, respectful, dependably detail oriented.
  • Highly professional, clear communicator with the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment with sometimes shifting priorities.
  • Adaptable, flexible, strategic team player, and problem solver.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive, resourceful problem-solver.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
