Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at T & K Pediatric Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing quality speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients, diagnosing and treating various communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and facilitate optimal progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
  • Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of North Dakota.
  • Clinical competence in evaluating and treating pediatric speech and language disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of current therapy techniques, tools, and resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and fellow team members.
