Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 10+ years of experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CPQ, DPA/RPA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with our Solution Architect and Experience Owner to refine stories, conduct UAT, and execute standard BA functions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and document business processes and objectives, converting them into requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders through various mediums to define stakeholder goals and conduct detailed analysis.
  • Advise business on SFDC best practices for requirements and adoption of Salesforce features.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on user stories, features, and epics in Jira.
  • Work directly with Solution Architecture in an Agile fashion to refine stories for development.
  • Conduct UAT testing and sign off with the associated Experience Owner and business Stakeholder Champion.
