Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CT Technologist to become a vital member of the radiology department. In this role, you will conduct a range of diagnostic imaging examinations and related procedures, prioritizing precision, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Shift Information:

  • Four 10-hour shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend.
  • Four 10-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, every 5th weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver computed tomography imaging and patient care services at designated levels.
  • Accurately position patients and select anatomical and technical parameters.
  • Apply ALARA principles during imaging procedures.
  • Enforce radiation protection and safety protocols.
  • Assist the physician in computed tomography procedures, including interventional tasks.
  • Execute reconstruction of CT images.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
  • Certification in Radiologic Technology and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification.
  • State licensure as mandated.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
