Endorsement Processor Role

About the Job:

The Endorsement Processor is a key member of our team at Farm Bureau Financial Services, responsible for reviewing policy provisions, analyzing requested changes, and ensuring seamless endorsement processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze policy changes to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their endorsement goals and provide expert guidance.
  • Utilize administrative systems to secure policy information and process changes.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients regarding endorsement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of relevant experience.
  • Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Life-Comm.
  • Keyboard skills (40 – 45 NWPM).
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
  • Progress towards industry education expected.
