We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading shifts, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Shift Leadership: Lead shifts, supervise employees, and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the interior and exterior of the building.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Retail and Customer Service Experience: Preferred.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
