Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Manager to join our team at Mercury Systems. As a key member of our Product Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cost-effective manufacturing test systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain departmental standards and procedures for test and tuning functions.
  • Oversee the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to define production testing and tuning flow, routines, and designs.
  • Design and develop test fixtures and equipment, as well as prepare test and tuning diagnostic programs.
  • Control labor and equipment schedules required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
  • Participate in final system integration and validation, ensuring that all systems meet company standards.
  • Mentor and train lower-level technicians, developing their skillsets to the intermediate and advanced stages.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing/production role.
  • 3 years of supervising or managing a team of electronics testers/tuners.
  • Strong knowledge of RF theories and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of RF Test Equipment (VNA, PNA, PNA-X, PSG, PSA, etc..).
  • Proficient with thin film circuits and chip and wire tuning.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team-building and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, conflicting, and changing priorities to meet client deadlines.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven track record for high-quality product delivery.
