Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Brainbuilders Pediatric Therapy Services. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support clients' growth and development.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Analyze behavioral data to inform treatment planning and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care and achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, professional development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and staff members.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
