Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

* Participate in relevant continuing education programs to maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills.

* Demonstrate a commitment to patient care and service excellence.

* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.

**Requirements:**

* BLS and ACLS certification.

* National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification.

* Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

* Ability to stand for extended periods.

* Strong technical skills.

* Knowledge of medical terminology.

* Passionate about patient care.

* Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Emergency Room experience.

* Graduate from a fully accredited RN program.

* Active unencumbered Kansas RN state license.

* One year of Cerner FirstNet experience.

* TNCC and PALS certification.
