Fuel Station Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fuel Station Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Fuel Station Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel station, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the fuel pumps, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized fuel station area.
  • Support sales and customer engagement efforts by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
