We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support our maintenance team at Lawson Companies, Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for various maintenance tasks including vacant apartment prep, inspections, turn inventory control, and janitorial duties.

Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include performing repairs, replacements, and installations of various equipment and systems. You will also assist in janitorial work, identify and report deficiencies in services, and perform inspections. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of one (1) year of maintenance trade experience and formal training in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall installation, or air conditioning. You should also be available to report to work during inclement weather events for property clean-up and emergencies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually based on location and experience.
