Requirements:
- Qualified administrative specialist or have the qualification for the career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service or a qualified lawyer.
- Preferably have management experience and a confident, friendly demeanor with negotiation skills in critical situations.
- Work independently, take on responsibility, and be stress-resistant with the ability to recognize, analyze, and solve complex professional problems.
- Have good oral and written communication skills and sound knowledge of SGB IX, SGB XII, and related legal areas.
