Industrial Equipment Specialist

As a key member of our Manufacturing team, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our production floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate root cause issues and implement 5 why's activity for downtime occurrences
- Utilize knowledge of PLCs, industrial electricity, robotics, and highly automated equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities on all equipment and robotics
- Enforce compliance with area environmental rules
- Take initiative to learn new systems and processes, drawing correlations between how equipment operates
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing workplace
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Organized and able to meet production deadlines
