Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
