Responsibilities in our Childcare Program:
- Implement curriculum tailored for specific age groups of children
- Utilize a variety of educational techniques to instruct children
- Observe each child to assist them in enhancing their social skills
- Encourage children to engage with one another
- Guide children to develop their abilities through a carefully designed curriculum
- Organize nap and snack times and supervise children to ensure their safety
- Monitor children's progress and communicate with parents
- Engage with parents regularly to understand the children's backgrounds
- Collaborate with fellow educators
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom in accordance with health and safety standards
- Aides must be at least 16 years of age to apply
- Teachers must be 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility is preferred
- CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education for Teacher qualification
