Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience #151. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development in children
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues
  • Communicate regularly with parents through various channels
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • Passion for education and care of children
