Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that all produce is properly stored and displayed.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all produce meets our high standards.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, answering any questions they may have and helping them find what they need.
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
