Job Overview

Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up reach lift in cold storage environments, often in temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Your role will involve utilizing scanners to track inventory through Warehouse Management System (WMS) software. Additionally, you will prepare items for transportation by placing them on pallets and securing them appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently load and unload trailers.
  • Store and retrieve products from shelving units.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners.
Required Skills
  • Experience as a forklift operator.
  • Proficiency in order selection.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a freezer environment, necessitating the use of company-provided personal protective equipment. You will be part of a team of 30 individuals. The dress code includes jeans, sweatshirts, gloves, composite-toed shoes, and safety glasses. Shifts available include:

  • 1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am

Compensation for this role is set at $19 per hour.
