Certification Requirements:
  • Must possess ARRT (CT) certification and BLS certification.

  • State licensure in Oregon is required.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a range of specialized technical procedures utilizing CT and MRI scanners.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional environment for patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
  • Execute all responsibilities associated with the roles of a CT and MRI Technologist.
  • Transfer imaging data from CT or MRI systems into the PACS.
Job Expectations:
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for 24-hour CT/MRI coverage.
  • Physical demands may include lifting and moving patients weighing between 100 to 300 lbs.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with patients, hospital personnel, and physicians.
Work Schedule:
  • One Technologist for 8-hour shifts from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
  • On-call rotation involves four weekdays one week, with weekends off, followed by four weekdays off and on-call during the weekend.
Additional Information:
  • Experience with GE CT equipment is essential.
  • Finding suitable housing for individuals with pets may be challenging; special housing arrangements should be considered prior to placement.
