We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars in Houston. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading energetic and motivating classes, connecting with and challenging each child, and helping them to achieve motor development and skill goals. You will inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and FUN manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist/Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, help them to accomplish motor development and skill goals, and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and FUN manner.
  • Provide individual and group attention to children.
  • Show up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time).
  • For ALL age groups, you have to be able to mentally be at a level where the child needs you to be and make soccer FUN for them.

Requirements:

  • Able and willing to travel throughout the Central Houston Area for class locations.
  • Availability must include weekday mornings (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM), weekday afternoon (12:00 - 3:00 PM), and/or early evenings (3:00 - 6:00 PM).
  • Prior experience working with children preferred.
  • Soccer playing background preferred.
  • Must be energetic, patient, attentive, and punctual.
