Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist

Job Summary:

As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including echocardiography machines and fluoroscopy units
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining protocols and obtaining informed consent
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including education and discharge instructions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a cardiovascular or diagnostic imaging department
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of professionalism during stressful situations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned facilities
