Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant PRN Rotating to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing patient trays, operating retail sales and catering services, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble patient trays and prepare food for delivery
  • Operate retail sales and catering services, including taking orders and handling customer transactions
  • Transport carts and equipment to and from different units
  • Deliver trays and snacks to patients and transport food to other areas as needed
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, and operate necessary equipment
  • Sweep and mop all areas of the department, collect and dispose of trash, and stock and clean nourishment rooms and refrigerators
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Food Handler certification based on city or state requirements
