Job Title: Early Intervention Contract Therapist

At NAPPR Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Contract Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Early Intervention program, you will provide direct therapy services and consultation to children from birth to 36 months and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer, score, and interpret assessments to identify children's strengths and needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to develop and implement treatment protocols that promote children's development and well-being.
  • Review and analyze assessments and progress reports to ensure children are making progress towards their goals.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing developmental assessments and evaluations with children and their families.
  • Provide relationship-based services that are family-centered and support the family's daily routine and natural environments.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with families, other team members, and community partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Current New Mexico license and certification for the discipline.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations, particularly in Native American communities.
Special Skills:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external consumers.
  • Computer experience and knowledge of or demonstrated ability to learn Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, external data systems, and web applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle large volumes of documentation.
  • Ability to solve unexpected problems as they arise while considering family needs and best practices.
