Concrete Specialist

Nabholz Construction Serv is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on concrete surfaces, including floors, walls, sidewalks, and curbs.

• Spread concrete to the specified depth and workable consistency, adhering to ACI Standards.
• Level and shape the surface of freshly poured concrete using finishing tools, floats, or power screeds.
• Finish concrete surfaces using power trowels, floats, hand trowels, or other concrete finishing techniques.
• May perform patchwork on concrete using various techniques.
• Place expansion, control joints, and edges using edgers, groovers, or expansion boards.
• May produce different concrete surface finishes using various techniques.
• May mix cement using tools and equipment.
• May direct subgrade work, mixing of concrete, and setting of forms.

• Work rapidly and accurately with hands.
• Follow established procedures and standards.
• Compare and identify differences in size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.
• Picture objects from drawings or diagrams.
• Rate information using measurable standards.
• Calculate concrete quantities required for each job and work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Experience with concrete forming, reinforcement, and finishing.
• 3 years of experience in the field.
