Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and expectations
  • Review and optimize service and labor costs to ensure accurate estimates
  • Schedule service jobs considering service and product specifications, customer needs, and weather limitations
  • Select and assign equipment and personnel to complete jobs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Communicate with fleet maintenance personnel to address equipment issues
  • Prioritize fleet service and repairs to minimize downtime
  • Provide input on equipment quality improvements
  • Arrange service calls for equipment breakdowns
  • Interact with customers to schedule jobs and resolve issues
  • Perform site visits to ensure quality of service
  • Conduct weekly customer visits to build relationships and address issues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper invoicing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Transportation experience preferred
  • Progressive staff management experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-6 hours a day)
  • Travel required 20-25%
