Guest Advocate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring experience for our guests in our smallest format stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and use that knowledge to make recommendations and suggestions to guests.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling skills.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
