Requirements
  • Education: 2 years' of college, or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience, or 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Experience: 2 years' of experience in a supervisory role, with a focus on operations management, customer service, and associate development.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop associates, and to drive business results.
