About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Construction to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from initial design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Support the bidding process and secure contracts with clients.
  • Monitor and maintain all certificates of insurance, permits, and relevant documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on project progress.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits throughout the construction phase.
  • Maintain and update project status for each project.
  • Assist in addressing work delays, emergencies, and other disruptions efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling construction projects both administratively and on-site.
  • Familiarity with NYC DOB building-code requirements.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in DOB portal.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

What We Offer:

Colliers International offers a competitive salary range of $86,233-$120,000, depending on location and experience. Our company provides equal employment opportunity to all persons and values diversity in its workforce.
