Job Description

The Burton Center For Disabilities & Special Needs is seeking a full-time Vocational Trainer to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.

This position is responsible for implementing an effective vocational training program for adults with disabilities and special needs.

  • Assists individuals with self-help skills (i.e. toileting, eating, etc.)
  • Implements facilitated plans.
  • Monitors individuals and completes monthly progress reports on all objectives.
  • Keeps daily payroll sheets of work accomplished.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • One-year experience in working with individuals with disabilities and special needs preferred.
  • A valid SC driver's license.
