We are seeking a skilled Caregiver and Trainer to join our team at The Burton Center for Disabilities & Special Needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 2nd shift, Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals with disabilities to develop their skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement vocational training programs tailored to individual needs
  2. Assist with daily living activities (e.g., feeding, toileting)
  3. Monitor progress and document outcomes
  4. Participate in workshops and in-services to enhance job performance

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Valid SC driver's license

Estimated Salary: $32,000 - $37,000 per year
