About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Operations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Daily Ops Team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the paper processing of periodic, quarterly, annual, and amended tax filings and check payments on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members in the processing of paper tax filings and check payments.
  • Process Oversight: Oversee the management and processing of periodic, quarterly, annual, and amended tax returns and check payments.
  • Document Management: Ensure that all tax documents are properly prepared, printed, scanned, and shipped to the appropriate tax agencies.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Client Tax Profile Research: Address complex client tax profile related inquiries and resolve issues related to tax filings and payments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and thoroughness in processing tax documents and payments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other relevant software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while ensuring timely and accurate completion of all responsibilities.
