We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team at Transitions of Augusta P.C. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, develop treatment plans, and complete comprehensive written assessments. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to our clients, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to join us.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Write initial interview reports with diagnosis
  • Ensure all documentation is completed promptly using EMR software
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

Qualifications:
  • Licensed as LCSW or LPC in Georgia
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling and diagnosis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
