Job Summary

Gulfeagle Supply is a leading distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products with over 75 locations nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order accuracy, and fleet maintenance. They will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and organized work environment, as well as maintaining property fencing, security, and fire prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure satisfactory service and delivery to customers
  • Adjust schedules as necessary in shipping and receiving areas, and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, and maintain adherence to safety protocols
  • Responsible for inspection and maintenance of property fencing, security, and fire prevention
  • Other responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in middle management
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse or equivalent management position
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to operate a PC and related software, and demonstrate effective staff management and motivation
  • Highly organized and efficient, with ability to prioritize workload

Preferred:

  • Bi-lingual
  • CDL is a plus, but not required
