About the Role
This position is for a Salesforce Solutions Leader within GHD’s Information Systems team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a dedicated team while overseeing and prioritizing the Salesforce strategic roadmap and initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Solutions Leader, you will:
  • Guide and mentor your team to ensure optimal delivery of Salesforce platform solutions.
  • Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Articulate a compelling vision for the Salesforce platform that aligns with our organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Establish the product roadmap, focusing on feature prioritization, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise business services teams to provide high-quality solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamlessly integrated enterprise platform.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and capabilities, leveraging technology for continuous business improvement.
  • Manage relationships with application providers, vendors, and partners to ensure compliance with security standards.

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role, including remote team management.
  • Strong business acumen with familiarity in functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and procurement.
  • Experience in CRM and marketing technology implementation, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • A proven track record in launching and managing complex software products, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools; certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner and Salesforce certifications are highly regarded.
