Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Specialist
Job Summary:
CrossMed is seeking a skilled travel nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Operating Room team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Administer medications as ordered with accurate documentation and monitoring of patient responses.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure to identify potential complications and provide timely interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
- Transport patients as needed, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse healthcare professionals.
